Terms of Service The following terms and conditions govern entirely your use of bpspack.net, the site and the application, including users, agents and facilities.

website along with all its contents. Users: Any registered parties using the site, either customers, agents, or facilities.

refer to all components of any page in this site including but not limited to
information, graphics, features and functionalities.
You:
Yourself and the entity that you represent. Agents: Entities and individuals acting as representatives of BPS, who supply cargo services to the customers, collecting their cargo, packages and documents to be sent to other service locations serviced by BPS. Users: Individuals and entities who register in the site as customers, agents and facilities, which obtain the services here described, and the information of the cargo, packages and documents sent by BPS.

Use of the Site
This Site
is As Is for the exclusive use of the registered users, customers, agents and
facilities, to interact with the application of cargo management. The site may
not be used for any other purpose by any other person or entity. Agents are
responsible to be in compliance with all business rules and regulations in their
respectives areas of operation, local and international, and to have valid
licenses were required to act as cargo movers, cargo agent, intermediary or any
other designation that identify an individual or entity in the cargo business.
Bpspack.net services are limited to the contents and functionalities of the
site.
The
registered users, agents and facilitites may use the cargo application in this
site to manage their cargo operation up to the limits of functionality that the
application allows it. Certain functionality from the application may not be
available and that unavailability does not constitute a failure or
incompleteness of the application and the site.
Bpspack.net site may be used by registered users only and shall not be used for
the benefit of third parties. The site can not be accessed by automated devices
to view or collect information.
Bpspack.net does not accept any unsolicited information, idea or design about
the site. If any of those is received bpspack.net or any partner or subsidiary
are not responsible or have no any obligation with the sender or owner of the
material. In any case, bpspack.net can use any of such information, idea or
design even if a similar one is received. When bpspack.net needs to use any
copyrighted material bpspack.net will contact the property owner directly.
Registration, Login and
Logout
To access
the services offered by bpspack.net you need to register and login to the site.
Some parts of the site can be seen without registration but they are limited to
general information. Functions and web application to manage the cargo
operations are not available to non-registered users.
All users
which want to access the application have to register in the site.
When you
register in bpspack.net you will select a user name and a password. These two
pieces of data are the key to access your information in the application. You
are responsible to keep this information secured under the highest
confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities incurred using your
username and your password to access the site.
After you
finish your session in the site you have to logout to be positively sure that
your session has been finished and your information area can be kept secured.
If you
detect that someone not authorized by you is using your information in the site
or your access information has been lost or reached by unauthorized persons, you
will notify our customer service department immediately.
Changes and
Modifications to the Site
All or
part of the content of this site may be changed, deleted or modified at any time
without prior notice to the users. You are responsible to review these terms if
you need to confirm any of them.
Termination of Use
Bpspack.net has the rights to suspend, discontinue or modify any or all the
information of the site at any time without prior notice. Bpspack.net may also
suspend or terminate your site’s access at any time and for any reason at the
sole discretion of BPS.

or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of

regarding any such content and your ability or inability to use the site and its

Bpspack.net disclaims all warranties regarding the site and the functionalities
of the application in the site. Bpspack.net does not warrant that the site and
the application will meet all of user’s requirements or that its operations will
be uninterrupted or error free, or that any defect within the site or
application will be corrected. Furthermore, bpspack.net does not warrant nor
make any representation regarding the results of customer's use of the site or
the application in terms of capability, correctness, accuracy, and reliability
