Scheduling a Pickup is a service available in some areas only. In available areas we offer pickup service to pickup your package at your address.

Once your shipment is processed our system assume that your package is ready for pickup and the pickup service will be immediately requested. Sometimes you may need more time to complete the preparation of your package. If this is your case, you may schedule the pickup for a later date. When you finish your shipment you have the option in the same form to indicate when it will be ready for pickup. Select the date you desire that we pickup your package and you are done. Remember that your pickup requests can be scheduled to a future date no later than ten days from the date the shipment is made.
